This site offers ancient residue of natural scene and beauty. This valley is located between the Chuli to the west, Sring Himal to the north and Ganesh Himal to the south, Baudha Himal. Tsum Valley is very rich in its culture, religion and ancient art.

Itinerary


  • Day 1: Arrive at the airport and transfer to hotel

    Our representatives will receive you from the airport and will be going to the respective hotel. Welcome dinner at night.

  • Day 2: Drive to Arughat (570 m)

    Early morning we will start our drive to Arughat  . After we enter the dhading district, our journey will start in the toughest roads.  On reaching arughat , we will see pleasing market along the budhi gandaki river .   We will spend our night in one of the beautiful hotel and have delicious dinner.

  • Day 3: Arughat to labu besi (880 m)

    On the way to labu besi , we will pass through gurung aanf magar villages .We will encounter beautiful forest and farm land filled with crops like rice, maize and millet. We will decend to seti khola , and eventually reaching gurung labubesi . We will spend our overnight in a hotel.

  • Day 4: From labu besi to Khorla besi (970 m)

    On this day, we will climb up passing through the Machha khola , continue our path through buri gangaki . We will encounter large gurung village and meet with the people of that village, and know their culture, and tradition . We will spend our night in Khorla besi.

  • Day 5: Trek to Jagat (1440 m)

    Climbing up to reach Tatopani . Tatopani is famous pilgrimage site, we may enjoy our bath in that pond. After that, we will pass through narrow valley Doban , cross the bridge of Yaru Khola . There will be ups and down in the journey to reach Jagat. Jagat is a flat village of gurung people. Jagat is a very beautiful village, we will spend our night there.

  • Day 6: Trekking to Lokpa (2040 m)

    We will start our morning trek to salleri and then climb down sirdibas. We will continue our path via Ghatta khola . Climb up to hanging bridge. Climb to gurung village Philim . we walk past this vaillage , pass the forest to reach Lokpa . We will spend our night in Lokpa

  • Day 7: Lokpa to Chumling (2361 m)

    From Lokpa the trail descend half an hour towards Lungwa khola and climbing jick jack difficult trail further two hours north through pines and rhododendrons we reach Gumlung. Crossing the Siyar Khola, finally arrive at Chumling, lower Tsum, from where we can view Shringi Himal. Visit the old Chumling gompa, and the stone streets of the village. Stay overnight in Lokpa. Meals included: Breakfast Lunch and Dinner.

  • Day 8: Trek to Chhokangparo village (3100 m)

    On this day we will, Cross the suspension bridge and get the amazing view of Ganesh Himal. Pass through Rainjam to Serpu Khola and again cross a bridge and we will reach in Gho Village. After 2 hours of trek it will take us to the Chhokangparo. From this site we will enjoy the amazing views of Himalchuli and Ganesh Himal . We will spend our night Chokhangparo.

  • Day 9: Trek to Nile (3360 m)

    We will trek to Ngakyu vaillage . After that,We will have a  visit to a cave. People believe that saint Milarepa used to meditate in this cave. This cave is also known as “Pigeon cave”. We will continue our trek to villages like   Burji, Phurbe and Pangdun.You will see a splendid big Buddhist Stupa en route to Chhule and Nile. Staying overnight in Nile.

  • Day 10: From Nile to Mu Gompa (3700 m)

    On this day, we will walk to the west bank of the valley through the Tibetan landscapes. And then Climb up to the Mu Gompa. Mu Gompa is very famous and largest monastery in the region. This Gompa is situated at the highest and most isolated part of the Tsum Valley.  After that, we will have a visit to the Dhephu Doma Gompa. After we finish exploring the Mu Gompa area, we will spend our overnight in Nile.

  • Day 11: Trek to Chhokangparo (3100 m)

    Today is the easy walk to Chhekamparo . We will pass through Lar Village, and then visit the Rachen Gompa, this gompa is also known as Nunnery Gompa , we will be crossing  over a suspension bridge and then finally reach  Chhekamparo . We will spend our overnight in Chhekamparo.

  • Day 12: Trek back Jagat (1140 m)

    Today, after having our morning breakfast we will trek back to  Jagat. The track passes through the rhododendron and pine forest and eventually join the main Manaslu path. We will continue our walk through Philim, Eklai Bhatti, crossing Buddhi Gandaki before reaching Jagat. Spending overnight in a hotel in  Jagat.

  • Day 13: Trek to Lapubesi (880 m)

    From Jagat, our path descend to  Bagar . After 15 minutes of walking we will come cross the suspension bridge and then continue our walk through cantilever bridge again Continue the journey through Dovan, Tatopani , Khorlabesi and finally reach in  Lapubesi. We will spend our night in Lapubesi.

  • Day 14: Trek back to Arughat (570 m)

    Today, it is last day of our trekking in Tsum Valley. We walk to Arughat from Lapu Besi.

  • Day 15: Drive back to Kathmandu

    End of our journey, we will be driving back to Kathmandu. On the way, we will encounter gorgeous mountains, rivers and landscape

  • Day 16: Farewell and departure to the airport

    You will receive farewell from our team and driven to the airport 3 hours before your actual flight.
